‘OPEN SECRET: HONG KONG SINCE THE UMBRELLA MOVEMENT’
If you would like to submit to our upcoming collection of poetry, prose, photography and artwork by those involved in the on-going pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong, please send a pdf of your work to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the words ‘Hong Kong’ in the subject title along with the form of the submission (e.g. ‘poem’, ‘essay’, ‘short story’, ‘photography’).
Please keep prose submissions to a maximum of 4000 words.
Shorter submissions are very welcome – you do not have to write to the maximum word count.
We are currently accepting only unpublished work.
New English translations of published work are welcome.
We ask that all text submissions be formatted in 12pt Times New Roman with standard Microsoft Word margins and 1.15 line spacing.
The deadline for submissions is December 1st.
